We are seeking a skilled developer to create a web API that returns all buildings within specified top-left and bottom-right coordinates in GeoJSON format. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in geospatial data handling and API creation. Your responsibilities will include designing the database schema, developing the API endpoints, and testing the functionality to ensure accurate data retrieval. Data comes from Microsoft Global ML Building Footprints: https://github.com/microsoft/GlobalMLBuildingFootprints I have in turn cleaned the files and created a series of 488 GeoJSON files based on 8 digit quad keys. This API should be hosted on Azure and work with our existing Swagger APIs.
