**This role oversees multiple tissue manufacturing plants located in the United States. Frequent travel is required.**

• Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a manufacturing strategy aligned with the group’s vision and industry best practices.
  • Drive operational integration and synergy across business units.
  • Contribute to the transformation of business processes and ensure their deployment within the units.
• Operational Management   
  • Ensure optimal execution of operations, including safety, production capacity, cost control, and quality standards.
  • Oversee annual budgeting for volumes, revenues, costs, and capital expenditures (CAPEX).
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead optimization and investment projects to enhance operational efficiency and asset performance.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (OEE, efficiency, availability).
• Talent & Team Development
  • Engage, coach, and develop plant leadership teams.
  • Build high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • Promote a safe & people-centered, customer-focused culture.

You too, put forward your strengths: 

• Minimum 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 10+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record managing operations with revenues exceeding $100M.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze performance metrics and economic indicators.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Lean, Six Sigma (an asset).
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and French (considered a plus).
