Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as General Labour Construction workers. In this role, you will be an essential part of construction projects, assisting with various tasks that keep the job site moving efficiently and safely. Your hands-on approach, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn will contribute directly to the successful completion of construction projects. Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including loading and unloading materials using hand tools and power tools
• Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools, materials, and assistance on-site
• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely to move heavy materials around the construction site or warehouse
• Perform general labour tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment
• Help with assembly line processes for prefabricated components or materials as needed
• Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
• Maintain cleanliness of the worksite, including waste removal and equipment upkeep

Requirements

• Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes is highly advantageous
• Experience operating forklifts or warehouse equipment is a plus; certification is preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects safely
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and efficiency
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly line operations is beneficial
• Valid driver’s license or forklift certification is considered an asset
