Current Solutions Contracting Inc. is a Victoria, BC-based residential construction company specializing in energy-efficient building, renovations, and building envelope improvements. Founded in 2021, CSC combines engineering expertise with hands-on construction experience to deliver high-performance homes that prioritize comfort, durability, and energy savings. Our work spans comprehensive renovations, additions, and targeted upgrades, including heat pump conversions, HRV/ERV ventilation systems, and advanced building envelope assemblies. Every project is guided by building science principles and a commitment to measurable performance outcomes — not just aesthetics. Led by founder Justin Curran, an Engineer in Training (EGBC) with certifications from the Home Performance Stakeholder Council, CSC bridges the gap between engineering design and quality construction. We bring a technical, solutions-driven approach to every project — from initial assessment through final commissioning.
