We are looking for a long-term Gaming Content VA who understands what makes content go viral. Your main role will be posting viral videos that will be uploaded into a google drive for you. This is NOT just about posting random clips — you’ll be curating viral-ready content and helping us scale. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Use the trending Clash Royale / mobile gaming clips weekly uploaded into the google drives • MUST know how to recognize viral hooks, pacing, and trends that trigger algorithm growth • Basic Editing & Optimization Skills when needed • Post 35 Shorts/week (15–55s clips) to EACH PLATFORM LISTED - Tiktok | Youtube | Twitter • Add captions, trending audio, sound effects, and light branding overlays if needed • Deliver high-retention clips designed to blow up in Shorts algorithm with the right hooks and descriptions generated by chat gpt • Track video performance (CTR, retention, engagement) and suggest improvements ⸻ Requirements: • Must understand social media algorithms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, IG Reels) • Strong sense of what makes a video go viral (hooks, pacing, trends) • Ability to work independently and consistently hit weekly output • Fluent in downloading, organizing, and repurposing viral clips using Canva, Capcut or IG Edits ⸻ Workload / Schedule: DAILY: at the end of each day, you will send a DM on instagram with the following • WEEKLY: • 35+ clips posted across EACH platform - Youtube, Tiktok and X THIS IS 3-5 ON EACH PLATFORM DAILY = 35 A WEEK TOTAL POSTS DONE WEEKLY = 105 POSTS A WEEK IN TOTAL TO ALL PLATFORMS 📊 Tracking & Reporting (15min) • Filling daily KPI tracker on google sheets: • Videos posted (#) • Total views gained • Sub/follower growth per platform • Top performing clip link • End of day → send a a 5-line summary on Instagram: “YT: +220 subs / TikTok: 18k views on ‘Clash comeback clip’ / Twitter: 3k impressions / Top performing hashtag: #clashroyaleprotips” • This is VERY CRUCIAL To summarize, your role will consist of: - accessing the google drives folder for the content - apply minimal edits if needed (usually not) - create a title, hook and description for the video - upload a video to youtube, tiktok, and X about EVERY 3 HOURS MANUALLY (no scheduling allowed!) • Must be able to attend weekly / bi-weekly / monthly video meetings for Performance reports when needed (best videos, weak videos, lessons learned) ⸻ Compensation: • Base rate: $4 a day - 7 Days a Week (monthly you will make about $120 and then bonuses will be added over time) Approximately 2-3 hours of work daily depending on your skills & experience • Payouts done at the end of every MONTH (preferred you have Paypal) • Bonuses after 3-month probation (view-based + performance incentives) • Raises for long-term commitment and results ⸻ How to Apply: DM me on Instagram @scalewithk with: 1.
