- FX Client Portfolio Manager - Montreal
- Location: Ebury Montreal - office based
As an FX Client Portfolio Manager you will
- Service a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of different products, including FX hedging, lending and cash management.
- Support the other dealers with market research, market updates and pitching ideas.
- Execution of FX trades with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms, as well as Bloomberg.
- Collaborate with sales teams to assist in business origination.
- Understand the client's business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation.
- Know and understand the competition& capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury’s Banking solutions.
- Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs including repeat & new business revenues, reducing client churn, up-selling high margin products and increasing wallet-share.
- Building & maintaining strong client relationships through client meetings.
- Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
- Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.
- Prepare and present market updates to the front office.
Required Experience
- Fluent in French and English.
- Preferably previous experience in Financial Services.
- Working in a commercial bank selling to SME's or alternatively,
- Relevant experience in an environment different to a bank, such as in treasury front office (this could be FX specialist, cash management etc)
- Business/finance academic background.

- Comfortable with a phone sales approach.
- First-class communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
- Able to develop sales strategies, techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and market environment; presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on customer needs and expectations.
- A skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
En tant que cambiste FX junior, vous devrez
- Gérer un portefeuille de clients entreprises sur une gamme de produits variés, y compris la couverture de change (FX), les prêts et la gestion de trésorerie.
- Soutenir les autres cambistes par des études de marché, des mises à jour sur les marchés et la présentation d'idées.
- Exécuter des opérations de change avec de multiples fournisseurs de liquidité, en utilisant diverses plateformes de trading, ainsi que Bloomberg.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour aider à la création de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
- Comprendre l'environnement commercial, les stratégies et le secteur d'activité du client afin de fournir la meilleure solution adaptée à sa situation.
- Connaître et comprendre les capacités et les lacunes de la concurrence afin de mieux positionner les solutions bancaires d'Ebury.
- Atteindre les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) spécifiques aux cambistes, y compris les revenus issus des clients existants et nouveaux, la réduction du taux d'attrition des clients, la vente incitative de produits à forte marge et l'augmentation de la part de portefeuille.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients grâce à des réunions.
- Développer les activités existantes et fournir des retours d'information aux responsables technologiques et produits.
- Générer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en développant son réseau auprès des clients existants pour obtenir des recommandations.
- Préparer et présenter des mises à jour sur les marchés au front office.
Expérience requise
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Expérience préalable dans les services financiers souhaitable.
- Expérience dans une banque commerciale avec vente aux PME ou, alternativement,
- Expérience pertinente dans un environnement autre qu'une banque, tel qu'un service de trésorerie front office (cela pourrait être spécialiste FX, gestion de trésorerie, etc.)
- Formation académique en commerce/finance.

- Capacité avérée à apporter passion, énergie et motivation à une organisation de vente.
- À l'aise avec une approche de vente par téléphone. Compétences de communication de premier ordre, capable d'obtenir l'engagement et l'adhésion.
- Capable de développer des stratégies, techniques et tactiques de vente basées sur les retours clients et l'environnement du marché ; présente les principaux arguments de vente, caractéristiques et avantages tout en se concentrant sur les besoins et les attentes des clients.
- Négociateur(trice) habile, capable de nouer et d'exploiter des relations à des niveaux supérieurs.
