Responsibilities
Document and Mail Management:
Retrieving and accurately matching cheques to corresponding documents.
Sorting, packaging, and creating high-volume Purolator packages.
Managing package tracking and coordinating with Purolator for changes or escalations.
Setting up local deliveries.
Administrative Support:
Processing standard and templated emails to various lenders.
Scanning documents and ensuring accurate organization.
Locating and resolving document discrepancies. ...
