Manage Financial Reporting: Prepare and/or review monthly and quarterly NAV packages, including valuations, accruals, and fee calculations.
Support Fund Operations: Coordinate capital activities like subscriptions, redemptions, and capital calls. You'll also maintain investor registers, reconcile cash and positions, and prepare financial statements.
Contribute to Audits and Valuations: Manage audit and tax timelines, liaise with external auditors, and support quarterly valuation processes by preparing data and documentation.
Enhance Processes: Draft standard operating procedures and look for opportunities to automate and improve systems and controls. Experience with Yardi or similar platforms is a plus. ...
