- Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented D365 FA to join our growing IT team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in the successful implementation, enhancement, and support of our D365 F&O environment. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to analyze business requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the optimal utilization of D365 F&O within our organization.
- Lead the design and implementation of new features and enhancements in D365 F&O to optimize business processes.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, users, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and recommend best practices.
- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvements using D365 F&O capabilities.
- Stay current on Microsoft updates, new features, and the D365 F&O product roadmap; evaluate upcoming releases and recommend adoption plans.
- Maintain a long-term enhancement roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Design and oversee integrations between D365 F&O and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) with developers, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth execution of integration projects.
- Support system maintenance, upgrades, and performance optimization with the D365 Analyst.
- Act as the D365 F&O subject matter expert, providing functional and technical guidance; mentor the D365 Analyst and collaborate with developers to translate business needs into solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and architectural principles.
- Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Drive adoption of new D365 F&O features through training, documentation, and end-user support.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Dynamics AX).
- Strong knowledge of key D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
- Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing D365 F&O solutions and integrations.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently or in a team.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with X++ or Azure is an asset.
- Microsoft D365 F&O certifications are an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and adopt new D365 F&O features.
- Bilingual: English and French.
