We are building a faceless YouTube Cashcow channel and looking for a full-package creator who can handle the entire video production process. From writing engaging scripts to producing voiceovers, editing high-retention videos, and designing click-worthy thumbnails — you will be responsible for bringing each video from idea to final upload-ready format. This is a long-term project and we’re looking for someone who understands YouTube automation and Cashcow strategies at a professional level. If you do not have experience with faceless/automation channels, please do not apply. 🔧 Responsibilities: Research trending topics & write engaging scripts (12–15 minutes, not less than 12 minutes) Produce or arrange professional voiceovers (human-like AI or natural voice) Edit faceless videos using a mix of AI-generated visuals, stock footage, B-roll, and images Add background music, sound effects, captions, and transitions to boost viewer retention Design scroll-stopping thumbnails optimized for CTR Deliver final videos in 1080p/4K YouTube-ready format Ensure consistent branding, storytelling, and high audience engagement ✅ Requirements: Proven experience with YouTube faceless/Cashcow/automation channels Portfolio of full-package YouTube videos (script + edit + thumbnail) Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithm & retention strategies Skilled with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Canva, Pictory, Runway, Midjourney/Leonardo, Envato, Storyblocks, or similar Excellent English writing & editing skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent 🎯 Bonus Skills: SEO optimization for titles, descriptions, and tags Basic motion graphics & animations Experience scaling channels to monetization 📅 Project Scope: Long-term collaboration with growth opportunities Starting with 1–2 videos per week (8–15 min each), scaling up over time Part-time at first (10–20 hours/week) with potential to increase hours Benefits and opportunities for higher positions after proven performance 💵 Budget: Competitive rates depending on experience & quality Please include your rate per full video package (script + voiceover + edit + thumbnail) To apply, please: Share 3–5 links to YouTube videos you’ve created (preferably faceless/Cashcow style).
