That’s why we’re on a mission to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres designing high-performance merino apparel that doesn’t mess up the places we love to play.
• We have an opportunity for a full-time, seasonal Retail Representative to join our team in our Flagship Store in Whistler. You will provide outstanding customer service, advice and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products.
• The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle, who loves to engage with people from all walks of life. Customer service driven that is a natural communicator.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service
• Create an inclusive in-store experience for our customers, and our in-store team.
• Ensure store standards are always upheld.
• Engaging with our local fan base, brand ambassador.

What we are looking for

• Previous retail or sales experience is essential
• Enthusiastic, quick learner and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge / experience using merino or Mons products.
• Passion for outdoor sports, sustainability and the Mons Royale brand.
• A proactive, team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
• A customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

Schedule

• Start date: November 1 through Winter
• This role has the opportunity to extend through to Summer
• Must be available Thurs to Sun
• Starting Wage: $24/hr + sales incentives (up $3+/hour), seasonal product allowance, industry discounts and more!
