We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail~oriented Bookkeeper to join our fastpaced ecommerce team. If you have a knack for organization, a passion for numbers, and the ability to hit the ground running ~ we want to hear from you! Our business has grown quickly, and we need someone who can help clean up and reconcile several months of transactions while setting up efficient systems for ongoing bookkeeping. Responsibilities ~ Manage and reconcile company accounts across Airwallex, Wise, and Canadian bank accounts. ~ Maintain accurate books using QuickBooks Online (QBO). ~ Clean up and organize past financial records from the past few months. ~ Handle monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all statements are properly balanced. ~ Record and categorize income, expenses, and e~commerce sales transactions. ~ Generate financial reports for management and tax preparation. ~ Collaborate with the operations team to improve financial workflows. Requirements ~ 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. ~ Solid experience with Airwallex, Wise, and Canadian banking platforms. ~ Deep knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO) and bank reconciliations. ~ Proven ability to work independently in a fastmoving ecommerce environment. ~ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data. ~ Excellent communication and time~management skills. Nice to Have ~ Understanding of sales tax (GST/HST) and e~commerce reporting. ~ Experience integrating marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) into QuickBooks. ~ Ability to suggest process improvements and automation ideas.
