Multi-CMS Developer Needed: Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, Duda + Automation/Flows We’re looking for an experienced Shopify + Klaviyo professional who can help with ongoing technical tasks, form setup, automation updates, and small customizations. Our site is fully live and running well, but we need someone who can step in for the parts that go beyond what our team can handle internally. This is not a full redesign. We need a reliable expert we can send tasks to as they come up. 📌 Immediate Tasks (Highest Priority) 1. Create a custom waitlist for a sold-out SKU Product: Holiday Styling (sold out for 2025) Need a button or section that: States it is sold out Allows users to join a 2026 waitlist Collects key info (name, location, budget, etc.) Passes data into Klaviyo (or via app/form solution) Optional: Add a deposit option depending on feasibility 2. Add a post-purchase form for a high-ticket SKU Product: Custom Styling Consult ($2,500 SKU) After purchase, customers must fill out a form with details such as: Name Address Number of rooms Uploaded photos Additional info This needs to sync properly to Shopify or Klaviyo for internal use. 3. Fix and update Klaviyo flows Existing flows are messy and cause duplicate emails (Shopify + Klaviyo firing together). Need cleanup, optimization, and proper triggering for: Checkout Started Abandoned Cart Browse Abandonment Order Confirmation / Post-Purchase Ensure that only ONE correct flow fires at the right time. 📌 Secondary (Not Immediate) Tasks (Not required for the first phase, but helpful if the expert has experience) Checking overall Shopify app stack for conflicts Setting up GA4 + Google Tag Manager Form tracking and event tracking General website improvements Occasional small Shopify theme changes Simplifying tech setup where possible 🔧 Requirements We need someone who: Has strong Shopify Liquid + theme customization experience Knows Klaviyo well (flows, events, custom properties) Understands how to sync Shopify data into Klaviyo Can build, embed, or customize forms Can troubleshoot duplicate email issues Communicates clearly and works reliably Can handle ongoing tasks (contract basis)
