Job Overview We are launching Sempara, a premium U.S. performance wellness brand (Shilajit Resin, Vitality Stick, Adaptogen Engine). We are looking for one highly skilled creator who can run ALL content creation, videography, editing, UGC, and social media growth. This is a long-term role for someone who can produce Kaged-style fitness content, use AI tools to scale output, and manage our full digital presence. If you are a fitness creator, strong editor, great on camera, and confident with AI — we want you. Responsibilities You will handle ALL content and social media output, including: Content Creation & Filming Film gym content (Kaged-style shots, workouts, lifestyle footage) Film product demos (shilajit ritual, vitality stick squeeze, capsules) Film the founder when needed Be on camera for UGC-style videos AI-Enhanced Editing Edit 60–150 TikToks/Reels per month Use AI tools (Runway, Topaz, Descript, CapCut AI, Veed, ChatGPT) Add subtitles, transitions, hooks, clean pacing Create videos optimized for TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts Social Media Management Manage and grow TikTok + Instagram Plan content calendars (can use AI tools) Track analytics and iterate on what performs Maintain a masculine, performance-driven brand look UGC Coordination Recruit & manage UGC creators Provide scripts, talking points, and briefs Review incoming content Required Skills You MUST have the following: Fitness videography experience Strong TikTok/Reels editing skills On-camera confidence (UGC-style delivery) Experience using AI tools for editing & scripting Strong English communication Access to a gym for filming Ability to produce high-volume content Experience with supplements, wellness, or fitness brands is a big plus AI Tools You Should Already Know (or be willing to learn quickly) ChatGPT / Claude (scripts, captions, hooks) Runway / Topaz Video AI (enhancement, slow-mo, clarity) Descript / Veed / CapCut AI (quick edit tools) Canva AI / Midjourney (graphics & thumbnails) What We Offer Long-term, full-time opportunity Stable monthly salary ($1,200–$1,800 depending on skill) Creative freedom — you will own our entire brand aesthetic Performance bonuses Growth into Head of Content as we scale
