  • We’re looking for a Full-Stack Marketing Developer — a technically versatile and fast-moving builder who can support our marketing, growth, and operations teams by developing, maintaining, and automating the systems that power our go-to-market infrastructure.
  • Role Overview
  • You’ll be responsible for all marketing-side technical development: building and maintaining the company website, landing pages, SEO systems, automation flows, and operational tools.
  • You’ll focus on technical implementation and reliability — ensuring analytics events, automation processes, and integrations are correctly set up and functioning — while collaborating with marketing, growth, and customer success teams.
  • This role is for a hands-on developer who thrives on fast execution, autonomy, and quality, using modern tools and AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesWeb & Infrastructure Development
  • Build and maintain our main marketing website and landing pages using Next.js and modern web frameworks.
  • Manage domains, routing, and caching via Cloudflare (or equivalent).
  • Implement and maintain CMS solutions and content pipelines for marketing and SEO purposes.
  • Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and high performance across all devices.
  • Technical Analytics Implementation
  • Implement and validate tracking setups across all marketing pages.
  • Configure and verify events for Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Segment.
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure data accuracy and correct event firing.
  • Maintain documentation of all tracking schemas and ensure consistency across tools.
  • SEO & Web Optimization
  • Implement foundational technical SEO best practices (structured data, metadata, sitemaps, indexing).
  • Collaborate with internal and external SEO teams to ensure code-level readiness for optimization.
  • Contribute to scalable content systems that support organic growth and discoverability.
  • Automation & Internal Tools
  • Build automation workflows using n8n, Make, or similar platforms to streamline marketing, growth, and customer success processes.
  • Support internal operations by creating and maintaining tools in Retool for customer success, creator management, and platform administration.
  • Integrate internal systems and APIs to automate repetitive processes and improve cross-team efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Delivery
  • Work closely with marketing, growth, business development, and customer success teams to scope and deliver technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with designers and external agencies on implementation and performance optimization.
  • Manage workload transparently through Linear (or similar tools), prioritizing quality and speed.
  • Follow best practices for code management, documentation, and deployment.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • 4–6+ years as a Full-Stack Developer or Growth Engineer supporting marketing or GTM functions.
  • Expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js, and modern front-end technologies.
  • Familiarity with Neon or similar managed databases.
  • Experience managing domains, routing, and caching via Cloudflare (or similar).
  • Experience implementing analytics tracking setups with GTM, GA, Mixpanel, and Segment.
  • Working knowledge of n8n, Make, or other automation tools.
  • Experience building internal tools or dashboards in Retool (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO and site performance optimization.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to move quickly.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
