Join our core team as a Full-Stack Developer with AI/ML expertise to take ownership of our platform's codebase and drive innovation. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Job Hunter AI platform, integrating AI/ML models, and ensuring scalability and security. Qualifications Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js, Next.js) or similar frameworks. Proven back-end experience with Python/Django/Flask/FastAPI. Database expertise (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB). AI/ML experience: - Familiarity with LLMs (GPT-based, HuggingFace, Vertex AI, OpenAI APIs). - Hands-on with NLP, embeddings, recommendation systems, and chatbot integration. Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable). Knowledge of APIs, security best practices, and scalability. Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus. Nice to Have Prior experience with edtech, HR-tech, or job platforms. Contribution to open-source AI/ML projects. Familiarity with career-tech workflows (ATS, resume parsing, job boards, etc.).
