About
We’re launching an AI travel planner (like Airial) called Triploom and need a lean MVP + marketable and attractive landing page. Deliverable A — MVP app (core features): • Chat-first planner that uses an LLM to generate structured itineraries (JSON). • Editable itinerary UI (days, add/remove items, drag & drop ordering). • Social→Trip (paste a YouTube / Instagram / TikTok URL to extract text/transcript/metadata and seed a plan). • Upload documents/tickets (image/pdf) → OCR → extract date/time/locations and auto-add to itinerary. • Map integration to display places and basic routing (Google Maps JS + Places API). • Simple user prefs/profile (travel style). • Backend endpoints, database (Postgres), secure file storage (S3). • Authentication (email + Google). • Deployed MVP (Vercel/Render/AWS) with basic monitoring. Deliverable B — Landing page & signup: • One-page landing with headline, hero demo (embed small demo of social→trip), email capture (Mailchimp/ConvertKit), pricing teaser. • Pixel/analytics setup and 1 hero graphic. • Copywriting help for hero + 3 benefit bullets. Budget & timeline: • Total fixed budget: CAD 900 (split proposals welcomed — see milestones). • Target delivery: 3–6 weeks from contract start. If you can do it faster, say so. What I expect in proposals: • Short portfolio with 1–3 relevant travel / SaaS examples. • Tech stack you’ll use and why • A short plan for handling video parsing & OCR within the budget (we expect you to use Google Cloud Vision for OCR and YouTube captions/metadata for social→trip initially). • Confirmation you can deploy (Vercel/Render/AWS) and provide basic docs + how to run locally. • Any third-party costs (Maps API keys, Cloud Vision) will be billed separately and must be pre-approved. Requirements: • Clear communication in English, updates twice a week. • Willingness to sign a short NDA (optional). • Ownership of code and setup of a GitHub repo with commits. - NO CODE IS OKAY Note: This is an MVP — please propose practical, budget-friendly solutions
