We’re building a secure, cloud-based web application for board governance, compliance tracking, and risk oversight for small and mid-sized organizations. You’ll help bring this MVP to life — from front-end interface to back-end database and integrations. Project Scope (MVP) Compliance calendar and task tracker Board meeting & minutes module Secure document upload and repository Role-based access (Board / Admin / Staff) Dashboard with compliance and risk insights Tech Stack (Preferred) React / Vue / Angular — Frontend Node.js / Django / Laravel — Backend PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Firebase — Database AWS / GCP / Azure — Cloud Hosting Integrations: Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, DocuSign Security: Role-based permissions, encryption, audit logs UI/UX: Convert Figma designs into responsive, modern layouts 🧾 Responsibilities Develop both frontend and backend based on provided wireframes Set up database and hosting environment (cloud-based) Implement secure login, role permissions, and file uploads Create dashboards and compliance tracking views Conduct testing and deploy working MVP Provide source code and documentation upon completion 💬 Ideal Candidate Proven experience building SaaS or internal business platforms Skilled in both frontend and backend development (full stack) Familiar with governance, compliance, or risk-based systems (a plus) Strong understanding of security, clean UI, and efficient architecture Excellent communication — able to demo progress weekly 🔒 Ownership All source code, documentation, and assets will be transferred to the client upon completion.
