We are looking for an experienced Full Stack AI Developer to build an AI-powered Call Agent for our business. The agent should be able to handle inbound and outbound calls, engage in natural conversations, answer customer queries, and transfer calls to the correct department when needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with LLMs (OpenAI or similar), speech-to-text/text-to-speech APIs, and telephony integrations (Twilio, Retell, etc.). Strong backend skills (Python/FastAPI/Django) and frontend skills (React/Next.js) are required, along with knowledge of database integration and scalable deployment.
