What We Need A hands-on growth marketer who owns multi-channel strategy and execution, social plus content plus SEO plus paid. You will increase visibility, engagement, and qualified leads across the channels that matter, then prove it with clean analytics. 90-Day Goals Visibility, lift total impressions 3 to 5x Engagement, average 3 to 5 percent, short-form completion above 20 percent Demand, 2 to 4 qualified inbound demo requests per week attributed to marketing Web, lift organic sessions 40 to 80 percent, rank early-stage keywords into top 20 Reporting, weekly dashboard with source and campaign level attribution Scope and Deliverables Strategy and foundations, week 1 Channel audit, competitor and keyword analysis, messaging and voice guide 90-day growth plan, content pillars, campaign calendar, KPI targets Multi-channel content and social, weeks 1 to 12 LinkedIn, 3 to 5 posts per week X, 3 to 5 posts per week plus community replies YouTube, 2 to 3 Shorts per week plus 1 longer explainer or demo per month TikTok or Instagram Reels, 1 to 2 per week if audience fit is validated Reddit and industry communities, thoughtful participation and syndication Email newsletter, 2 per month, segment by role when possible One long-form asset per month, case brief, buyer guide, or technical explainer Creative, copy, light motion or editing, thumbnails, and basic design Website and SEO Landing pages for top buyer problems and use cases On-page SEO and internal linking, basic technical fixes, schema where helpful Keyword plan across informational, commercial, and branded terms Content refreshes and distribution LinkedIn ads for ICP targeting and creative testing Google Search for high intent terms YouTube in-feed or discovery tests, Reddit Ads Retargeting audiences from site and video views, clear hypotheses and success metrics Partnerships, PR, and events Identify 5 to 10 partners or creators for content swaps or interviews Light PR outreach to relevant publications and newsletters Support webinars or virtual events, planning, promotion, and follow-up Analytics and reporting Weekly report with insights, next tests, and a running backlog Required Experience 3 plus years in B2B growth or social for technical products, bonus for GovTech, public safety, utility, climate, or AI Proven wins across at least three of these, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, SEO, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, newsletters Short-form video production and editing skills Clear copywriting for executive buyers, strong hooks and CTAs Tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Tag Manager, a scheduling tool, an SEO suite, Canva or Adobe, Notion Nice To Have Experience marketing to utilities, municipalities, or insurers PR pitching, webinar production, or analyst relations Canada and US market familiarity Ways of Working Fast, iterative, test and learn Clear weekly plan, daily async updates in Notion or Slack At least 3 hours per day overlapping with Mountain Time, America, Edmonton Engagement Type and Budget Open to either: Fixed price, 4 week sprint for audit, strategy, content pipeline, ad tests, and reporting Hourly for ongoing execution after the sprint Please propose a structure that fits the scope above, with suggested first month ad test budgets.
