We are looking for a highly skilled AI Automation Fulfillment Specialist who can set up, build, and troubleshoot AI voice agents using VAPI.ai, Make.com, Twilio/Telnyx, and CRM integrations. This role requires you to be available for client support during assigned PST hours, including responding to client questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth soft launches. Responsibilities Build VAPI agents (cold callers, receptionists, outbound callers, appointment setters) Set up Make.com automation scenarios for outbound calling flows Configure CRM integrations (Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Instantly, etc.) Set up Twilio/Telnyx numbers + ensure caller ID verification / A2P compliance Troubleshoot errors, webhooks, scripts, and automation issues Run soft launches, test systems, and perform adjustments Provide client support during assigned PST hours Prepare handover documentation + Loom videos Work closely with the founder and PM to ensure fast, high-quality fulfillment Required Skills Strong experience with Make.com (routers, webhooks, JSON, error handling) Experience with VAPI.ai (prompt engineering, voice configuration, call quality) Ability to quickly diagnose and fix technical issues Knowledge of Twilio/Telnyx setup, number pools, and verification Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple client setups Ability to follow SOPs and continuously improve processes BONUS: GHL, Airtable, APIs, or advanced automation background Availability & Support Requirements To qualify, you must: Be available during specific PST support hours (e.g., 9 AM – 3 PM PST or 10 AM – 4 PM PST depending on shift) Respond to client messages promptly during your assigned window Assist with troubleshooting, soft-launch issues, or small updates during your support hours Be open to rotating coverage as the team expands Understand that support availability may impact compensation What You Get Steady flow of 3–10 new clients per week Opportunity for promotion to Head of Fulfillment Competitive pay (based on experience) + bonuses Remote work flexibility (outside assigned PST support hours) Long-term role in a fast-growing AI automation agency
