We are looking for a French-speaking Virtual Assistant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and versatile, with the ability to handle both technical tasks (integrations and workflows) and creative tasks (social media and content creation). Your Mission You will be a key support in helping us grow. This role combines tech setup, admin support, and digital marketing tasks. 🔹 Priority Tasks (short term) • Integrate YouCanBookMe with Stripe so clients can book and pay directly on the website. • Test and improve the customer journey (booking → payment → confirmation). • Support the implementation of internal workflows (automation, admin processes). 🔹 Ongoing Tasks (medium to long term) • General Admin: o Organize files and documentation (SOPs). o Manage emails, scheduling, and light admin work. o Provide startup support with tasks as needed. • Social Media Management (in French): o Plan and schedule posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest). o Write captions in French (warm, engaging tone). o Engage with followers (respond to comments/messages). o Propose growth ideas and content strategies. • Content Creation (in French): o Create basic visuals (Canva or similar). o Translate or adapt content when needed. o Ensure posts are aligned with the organization’s voice and mission. Desired Profile • French fluency (written & spoken) is mandatory. • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Project Coordinator. • Comfortable with tech integrations (Stripe, booking tools, Hostinger/WordPress). • Familiar with social media platforms and content tools (Canva, Buffer, Later, etc.). • Strong organization and communication skills. • Creative mindset with the ability to write empathetic and engaging content in French. • Interest in wellness, coaching, or support services is a strong plus.
