Job Description: We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Store Supervisor to manage and grow our Shopify-based marketplace, EX-STOCK Canada (www.ex-stock.com ). The ideal candidate will take ownership of the store’s operations, product listings, customer support, and sales performance. This is a long-term role for someone who can work independently, think strategically, and help us scale. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth Drive strategies to increase conversions and revenue. Monitor traffic, sales funnels, and suggest improvements. Product Listing & Management Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, tags, SEO). Ensure inventory sync and accurate product details. Research competitors (Amazon, Shein, Temu) and adjust pricing/positioning. Customer Service & Order Follow-Up Handle customer inquiries via email/chat in a professional and timely manner. Follow up on open orders, shipping delays, and returns. Provide solutions that maintain customer trust and satisfaction. Store Operations Monitor daily store health, fix small issues or coordinate with developers when needed. Track key KPIs (sales, abandoned carts, repeat customers). Prepare weekly performance updates for management. Requirements: Proven experience managing a Shopify store (operations, sales, listings, support). Strong knowledge of e-commerce growth strategies and customer lifecycle. Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, SEO basics, and product optimization. Excellent English communication (written + spoken). Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Hiring Terms: Long-term only (monthly retainer). This role covers store management, customer service, product listing, and order follow-up. Must be a freelancer (not an agency).
