• Sam is the Support Platform for Women. We connect clients with vetted Experts for one hour or less sessions with clear outcomes. We launched in April 2025. Clients book 300+ outcome based Support Sessions, work with a dedicated Navigator, and follow a personalized Support Plan. We focus on practical, emotional, legal, and financial guidance. We do not provide medical care.

• Role
• Join Sam’s marketplace as an Expert. You bring earned wisdom, evidence based methods, and defined session outputs. You set your rate and schedule. You work remotely as an independent contractor. Help women-led teams install lightweight systems and leadership practices that drive execution.
• Who We’re Seeking
• Fractional leaders. COO, CPO, CMO, CRO, CTO, Head of People
• Operators with zero to one or scale up experience in product, growth, or operations
• Builders who can translate strategy into simple, repeatable operating rhythms
• What You Will Do
• Deliver Support Sessions on fractional leadership and operating systems
• Provide outcome based guidance tailored to the client’s goals
• Share practical approaches and simple tools when appropriate
• Partner with Navigators to reflect agreed next steps in the Support Plan
• What You Bring
• 8+ years operating experience with measurable outcomes in startups or SMBs
• Proven success as a fractional leader or senior operator
• Evidence based playbooks, metrics fluency, clear documentation
• Strong digital operations. Zoom, shared docs, project tools, simple analytics
