Hours: 5–7 hours per week Pay: $22-30/hour (DOE) Location: Remote ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a Fractional Education Marketing Specialist — ideally a former teacher, school psychologist, or education professional — to help us ideate and format thoughtful, research-informed blog and email content for parents and educators of students who struggle with executive functioning and/or are neurodiverse. This role blends educational insight with marketing strategy to ensure our content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with our mission to support families and educators in understanding and improving executive function skills. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Content Ideation: Develop weekly content topics and outlines for our weekly blog post targeting parents and educators of students who struggle with executive functioning. Occasionally reusing content from prior years to keep content up-to-date. 2. Collaboration: Work with our content writer via email by providing direction for each post — including key ideas, structure (headings/subheadings), desired word count, calls to action, relevant internal/external references, and supporting research you see fit. 3. Formatting & Publishing: Format and publish the weekly article on Wix following established style and layout guidelines. 4. Email Marketing: Create and schedule the accompanying email newsletter each week using our templates and AI prompts, as well as the weekly events email. 5. Social Media: Write and schedule one pre-CTA and one post-CTA LinkedIn post per newsletter using our templates and AI. 6. Content Tracking: Maintain the content calendar (in Google Sheets) — documenting ideas, deadlines, publication status, and ensuring smooth workflow between ideation, writing, and publishing. IDEAL CANDIDATE - Background as a teacher, school psychologist, or similar educational professional with a strong understanding of neurodiversity and executive functioning. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content workflows, with the goal of being 1 month ahead on content at all times. - Familiarity with Wix, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn. - Experience collaborating with writers and using AI tools like ChatGPT for content support. - Passionate about helping educators and parents understand and support students with executive function challenges. HOW TO APPLY To apply, please: 1. Submit your resume. 2. Send us a short video (2-5 minutes) explaining why you are a good fit for this role and what excites you about contributing to our mission.
