Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 3-4 people. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities .
