Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Noisy. Hot. Work setting: Restaurant. Tasks: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Establish work schedules. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
