Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Service Manager to oversee daily operations within our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary and management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing and supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Lead and supervise the service team, including bartenders, servers, and support personnel to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Manage food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize productivity
- Maintain order supplies, and control costs related to food management
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Implement training programs for staff development in areas such as serving, bartending, hospitality management, and safety procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in serving, bartending or culinary arts with a strong background in food preparation and restaurant management
- Previous management or supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; certification preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems, shift management, and food industry best practices
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Experience in catering, banquet operations, or dietary department management is a plus
- Hands-on experience with food handling, serving, and hospitality operations including coffee or barista experience is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.80-$19.00 per hour
