We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team in the food processing industry. Responsibilities

• Efficiently pack food products into appropriate containers while adhering to quality standards.
• Operate packaging equipment and machinery, including forklifts, to transport materials as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of packaged goods to ensure compliance with sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting of packaging machinery as required.
• Utilize basic math skills for inventory management and product counts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in packaging or food processing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and sanitation practices is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment operation and maintenance.
• Basic math skills for accurate counting and inventory tracking.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in handling food products.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
