• Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success

• Receive and review production orders and job assignments from the Supervisor
• Verify materials against production orders to ensure accuracy
• Operate flatcutting equipment to close tolerances (set backstops, adjust clamp pressure, keep cutter square)
• Change cutter blades as required
• Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs
• Operate small and large back slitters as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support other tasks as assigned by the team
• Qualifications

• Experience using guillotines and precision measuring tools (rulers)
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable performing basic math (fractions, decimals, whole numbers)
• Able to troubleshoot and solve routine production issues
