We’re looking for an experienced financial analyst or business operations specialist with a background in service-based businesses (gyms, fitness studios, or coaching) to complete a detailed financial and performance audit for one of our consulting clients. You’ll be given: A full call transcript (with owner-provided data and context) Rough revenue and pricing breakdowns (PT, gym, hybrid, online) Access to summarized notes (AOV, LTV, MRR, churn, membership mix, class capacity, etc.) Your job is to take that messy data and turn it into: A clean, visual financial model (Google Sheets or Excel) showing current vs optimized projections. A diagnostic summary page that breaks down: PT vs Gym vs Kids revenue split AOV, LTV, MRR, YOY, Q/Q trends Capacity utilization Churn and reactivation potential A short written analysis (1–2 pages) summarizing insights, risks, and opportunities — written clearly enough for a non-finance business owner to understand. Create an easy-to-follow “Scenario” tab showing Conservative / Moderate / Aggressive revenue growth (based on sample KPIs).
