Description du poste Le/la stagiaire analyste de la performance financière soutiendra le gestionnaire FP&A – Stratégie et analyse de la performance dans le maintien et le déploiement d’outils de reporting pour surveiller la performance financière de l’organisation. Dans ce cadre, vous collaborez avec les parties prenantes internes pour recueillir des commentaires, coordonner des projets, établir des processus et développer des outils d’analyse (ex. : tableaux de bord Power BI, indicateurs de performance...). La réussite dans ce rôle dépendra de la capacité du ou de la titulaire à collaborer à travers l’organisation, à faire preuve d’autonomie, de flexibilité et de dynamisme face à l’ambiguïté. Le ou la stagiaire travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le gestionnaire FP&A pour tirer des insights et les communiquer aux différentes parties prenantes. Ce poste offre une exposition unique aux dynamiques de performance à travers un large éventail d’intervenants et de rapports financiers (état des résultats, bilan, etc.). Responsabilités principales 1. Collecte et analyse de données Aider à la collecte de données financières et opérationnelles provenant de diverses sources Contribuer au nettoyage et à l’organisation des données dans Excel ou Power BI pour l’analyse Participer aux réunions avec les parties prenantes financières pour résumer les consensus et documenter les besoins d’affaires 2. Développement de rapports et tableaux de bord Contribuer au déploiement de tableaux de bord Power BI – traduire les besoins d’affaires en rapports et indicateurs Contribuer à l’amélioration des modèles de rapports 3. Déploiement d’outils et de technologies Observer les membres de l’équipe lors du déploiement de nouveaux outils (ex. : Power BI, RPA) Participer aux tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT) et fournir des commentaires sur l’utilisabilité Documenter les processus et créer des guides d’utilisation pour les nouveaux outils 4. Soutien à la gestion de la performance d’entreprise (EPM) Aider à la collecte des exigences et au déploiement de l’EPM Participer aux tests et à la validation des rapports EPM Aider à la préparation de la documentation et du matériel de formation pour le déploiement de l’EPM 5. Gouvernance financière et comités Assister aux réunions de gouvernance financière pour prendre les procès-verbaux et résumer les consensus Aider à la préparation de présentations et de résumés pour les discussions en comité Organiser et archiver les documents de réunion 6. Job Summary The Financial Performance Analyst Intern will support the FP&A Manager – Strategy and Performance Analytics in maintaining/deploying reporting tools to monitor the financial performance of the organization. As part of this process, the intern will collaborate with Internal stakeholders to gather feedback, coordinate projects, establish processes, as well as develop analytical reporting tools (i.e. Power BI dashboards, KPIs..) Achieving success in this role will depend on the incumbent’s ability to collaborate across the organization, be self-motivated, flexible, and dynamic in dealing with ambiguity. The intern will work closely with the FP&A Manager to derive insights and communicate them to the various stakeholders. Data Gathering & Analysis Support Assist in collecting financial and operational data from various sources Help clean and organize data in Excel or Power BI for analysis Participate in meetings with Finance stakeholders to summarize consensus and document business needs 2.
