We are looking for a highly skilled Finite Element Analysis (FEA) engineer with strong proficiency in ANSYS Mechanical to complete a series of static structural simulations. This project will be used to evaluate your technical competency, attention to detail, and ability to follow engineering standards. The ideal candidate has experience with: Static structural analysis Meshing strategies (coarse, fine, and hybrid meshes) Mesh convergence and sensitivity studies Stress analysis and interpretation (especially von Mises stress) Applying realistic boundary conditions Working with symmetry, load cases, and material models Generating clean, labeled engineering visuals You will work with a combination of custom geometry and simple test structures, applying loads, constraints, mesh variations, and refinement techniques. Clear presentation of all results—including screenshots, plots, and file outputs—is essential.
