• The Opportunity
• As a fashion designer within Reitmans Canada Limited – PENN. brand, you’ll play a key role in evolving our product offering. You’ll identify and interpret fashion trends to create inspiring collections that meet our customers’ needs.
• What You’ll Do

Reporting to the lead designer, you will

• Support your leaders in defining seasonal trends for the target market.
• Bring forward creative ideas on how to translate the latest trends into our collections.
• Collaborate with your team to oversee artwork creation and define seasonal color palettes.
• Oversee technical drawings to ensure precision and consistency.
• Participate in decision-making meetings and contribute to collection direction.
• Attend fittings to ensure each garment fits as beautifully as it looks.
• Qualifications

Who You Are

• University or college degree in Fashion Design.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in apparel design.
• Strong fashion sense, creativity, and ability to generate original ideas.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate across departments.
• Detail-focused with strong follow-through on production processes.
