Here we GROW again!! We're looking for Fashion Associates to join our Bradford Retail team on a seasonal basis working in Lillies Boutique.

Summary:

Working in the fashion department at Bradford Greenhouses, known as Lilly’s Boutique, the Fashion Associate will provide superior customer service by establishing a good customer rapport, building customer confidence, and helping with product selection by demonstrating knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and store inventory. The fashion associate will also maintain merchandising standards, and daily/weekly housekeeping duties.

Job Duties:

• Provide customers with superior service by creating a welcoming environment, assisting with outfit selection, sizing, and accessorizing.
• Maximize sales opportunities to achieve store targets.
• Maintain consistent visual merchandising standards.
• Create attractive, fresh, and fashionable displays.
• Complete daily/weekly housekeeping duties (i.e. cleaning, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming).
• Maintain accurate signing throughout department.
• Organize merchandise and audit inventory.
• Set-up and tear down displays/racks/shelving, stock inventory and maintain various fixtures to uphold Lilly’s Boutique and Bradford Greenhouses’ appearance.

Requirements:

• Retail experience an asset.
• Retail experience in fashion an asset.
• Strong industry knowledge of products and fashion trends.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong organization skills.
• Basic skills in reading, writing, and math.
• Attention to detail.
