I’m looking for a designer to create a Facebook picture ad creative for a real estate agent. The goal is to design an eye-catching, professional ad that attracts potential home buyers/sellers and aligns with the agent’s branding.( I will explain more about the design when chosen ) Requirements: Experience creating Facebook/Instagram ad creatives (static images, banners, or graphics). Strong skills in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar). Understanding of real estate marketing and how to design visuals that convert. Ability to include text overlays, branding, and a clear call-to-action in the design. Familiarity with Facebook ad dimensions and best practices. Deliverables: 3 ad creative variations Final exports in JPEG/PNG for upload to Facebook. Budget: CAD $25/30 total for 3 variations. Nice to Have (Optional): Experience writing short, compelling ad copy. Examples of real estate-specific ads in portfolio. Please share past ad creative work (especially real estate or professional service ads).
