- About the Role
- DT Global is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified and committed Indonesian professionals for a range of upcoming roles on DFAT funded programs across program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and operational support. These roles will contribute to impactful and inclusive development initiatives in Indonesia.
We are interested in hearing from you if you have experience of working in one of the following areas
- 1. Program Management (PM)
- 2. Partnerships and Governance (PG)
- 3. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)
- 4. Office Management and Administration (OMA)
- 5. Financial Management (FM)
- Please note the available positions are only open for Indonesian citizens. DT Global will not be able to sponsor work permits for these positions.
- Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (if you are not based in Jakarta, you will be required to relocate to Jakarta for these roles).
- What We’re Looking For
- We are seeking experienced (different levels) and driven professionals with a demonstrated track record in program delivery, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. These roles will contribute to high-quality outcomes by working collaboratively with diverse teams and partners.
Ideal candidates will possess
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to programs in dynamic and cross-cultural settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Commitment to inclusivity, safeguarding, and ethical standards
- Strategic and operational expertise aligned with the specific role applied for.
- Selection Criteria
Essential
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional experience in international development ideally with one of the bilateral donors (DFAT, FCDO, USAID).
- Proven success in engaging with a broad range of stakeholders including government and civil society organisations.
- Demonstrated adaptability and proactive approach in diverse contexts.
- Respectful, open-minded, and committed to learning and collaboration.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Dedication to inclusive, safe, and ethical development practices.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Role-specific technical knowledge (e.g., MEL, finance, partnerships development, etc.).
