We are a YouTube marketing agency and are looking for a thumbnail designer to become our go-to designer. We are looking for a talented YouTube thumbnail designer to create research and eye-catching, engaging thumbnails for our video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and an understanding of what makes a thumbnail appealing to viewers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and help increase video click-through rates. If you are passionate about design and have experience in digital media, we would love to hear from you! Feel free to use AI but it must be well thought out & well researched. We pay $35 per thumbnail - and each thumnail we need 3 variations we can split test. Whoever is the right fit will have steady monthly ongoing work & several other YouTube channels to work on. If you're interested, we're going to ask you to do a mini-test project to just see if there's a fit.
