We are looking for an experienced **n8n developer** to help us fix and optimize our appointment scheduling process with **Go High Level**. The challenge we’re facing is that our current agents sometimes misinterpret the requested day (e.g., asking for “Friday” returns the wrong date or even the wrong week). We want two well-structured agents: 1. **Availability Agent** * Detect the correct date from the user’s input (e.g., “this Friday” vs. “next Friday”). * Generate the proper time range (08:00–17:00 America/Toronto). * Query Go High Level to check free slots. * Return up to 3 suggested times, always formatted with the **day and full date** (e.g., “Friday, September 19, 2025 at 9:00, 13:30, or 16:00”). * If no slots are found, return a clear message: *“No availability that day. Would you like to look at another day?”* 2. **Booking Agent** * Once the user confirms a slot, call Go High Level to **book the appointment**. * Confirm the booking with the exact time, date, and Zoom link if available. **Requirements:** * Proven expertise with **n8n** and **Go High Level** integrations. * Ability to implement precise date handling logic (current week vs. next week). * Experience building robust automations with reliable error handling. * Clear communication and ability to provide examples of similar projects. Our goal is to have a **seamless scheduling flow** where the Availability Agent always calculates the correct day and time slots, and the Booking Agent confirms without errors.
