We are seeking an expert Google Ads Manager to help our junk removal business enhance its online presence and drive targeted traffic. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns, optimizing performance, and increasing ROI. What We’re Looking For: • Proven track record managing Google Ads for local service businesses (junk removal, moving, home services, etc. preferred). • Ability to research and target profitable keywords in our industry. • Expertise in campaign structure, ad copywriting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking. • Strong knowledge of negative keywords, quality score optimization, and local geo-targeting. • Clear understanding of budget management with a focus on lowering cost per lead while increasing volume. • Regular performance reporting with actionable insights. Responsibilities: • Audit our current Google Ads setup (if applicable) and propose improvements. • Build out and launch high-converting campaigns from the ground up. • Continuously monitor, adjust, and optimize campaigns for maximum performance. • Provide transparent weekly or bi-weekly reports on performance and strategy. Requirements: • Must be extremely competent and results-driven. • At least 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns. • Excellent communication skills and availability for updates. • Experience with conversion tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, call tracking, etc.).
