Job Description: Overview: We are a growing professional services firm looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. We need a consistent flow of high-quality leads for our sales pipeline. This is an ongoing project for the right candidate who can meet our specific and high-standard criteria. The primary goal is to identify and qualify potential clients (decision-makers) in the professional services sector who have a strong online presence, specifically ranking on the first 1-5 pages of Google for relevant search terms. Daily Expectation: Deliver a minimum of 50 high-quality, verified leads per day. Lead Criteria (This is very important): We are not looking for just any lead. Each lead submitted must meet all the following criteria: Source: The company must be found organically on the first 5 pages of Google search results for keywords we will provide (e.g., "management consulting firms in Calgary," "top corporate law firms," etc.). Industry: Professional Services (we will provide more specific sub-sectors). Target Contacts: Key decision-makers within the company (e.g., CEO, COO, VP of Operations, Director, Head of Department, Founder, Partner). Required Information per Lead: Company Name Company Website URL Contact First Name Contact Last Name Job Title / Position Verified Business Email Address Direct Phone Number (if available) LinkedIn Profile URL of the Contact Website SEO Score: Domain Authority (DA) from Moz or Domain Rating (DR) from Ahrefs. Please specify which tool you will use. Responsibilities: Conduct targeted research using advanced Google search techniques to identify companies that meet our criteria. Navigate company websites and use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key decision-makers. Utilize professional tools (e.g., Hunter.io, ZoomInfo, Snov.io, etc.) to find and verify contact information, especially email addresses. Use SEO analysis tools (e.g., Moz, Ahrefs, etc.) to determine the SEO score for each company's website. Meticulously enter and organize all collected data into a shared Google Sheet, ensuring 100% accuracy. Communicate daily with our team on progress, challenges, and results. Consistently meet the daily target of 50 qualified leads. Required Skills & Experience: Proven track record in B2B lead generation, specifically for professional services clients. Expert-level proficiency with Google search operators and finding information online. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying decision-makers. Proficiency with email verification tools and other lead generation software. Mandatory: Experience using SEO tools like Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms to analyze website authority/scores. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data quality. Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet daily quotas. Excellent English communication skills.
