We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to take ownership of the quality assurance process for our robust SaaS platform. This role spans manual and automated testing, regression testing, performance validation, and accessibility compliance. The ideal candidate will also help us integrate QA into our CI/CD pipeline (Bitbucket) and provide real-time visibility into testing results through dashboards and reporting. Key Responsibilities Manual Testing • Validate end-to-end user flows for accuracy, usability, and data integrity. • Perform cross-browser/device/responsive testing to ensure consistent experience. • Conduct exploratory testing to uncover edge cases. Automated Testing • Build and maintain automated test suites using Cypress, Selenium, or similar. • Ensure automated regression tests cover core user journeys. • Integrate automated tests directly into Bitbucket pipelines (CI/CD) for continuous validation. Regression, Performance & Load Testing • Run regression suites to ensure stability during feature releases. • Conduct load, stress, and scalability tests to validate high-traffic performance. • Identify bottlenecks and report optimization opportunities. Accessibility Testing • Verify compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. • Use tools such as Axe, Lighthouse, Wave for accessibility audits. • Provide actionable feedback for inclusive design improvements. Reporting & QA Analytics • Configure real-time reporting dashboards (charts/graphs) to visualize test results. • Generate trend reports on pass/fail rates, regression coverage, and defect density. • Provide clear, actionable feedback to developers and product owners. Collaboration & Documentation • Write and maintain structured test cases and acceptance criteria. • Track issues using Linear (or equivalent). • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and DevOps to align QA with release cycles. Required Experience • Strong QA background testing SaaS and high-traffic web applications. • Expertise in manual + automated testing frameworks (Cypress, Selenium). • Proficiency with Postman for API validation. • Familiarity with React.js, JavaScript, and modern frontend stacks. • Experience integrating automated tests into Bitbucket CI/CD pipelines. • Proven track record with cross-browser, regression, and performance testing. • Hands-on with QA reporting dashboards and visualization (e.g., Allure, ReportPortal, or custom dashboards). • Solid knowledge of accessibility testing standards (WCAG/ADA). Nice to Have • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP). • Knowledge of Dockerized application testing. • Background in Agile, continuous delivery, and DevOps culture.
