Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Meta and Facebook Ads Manager to help us set up, manage, and scale campaigns across multiple industries. This is a long-term role for someone who is both technically strong with Ads Manager and has a good sense of business strategy, creative testing, and performance optimization. Responsibilities: Strategize, set up, and manage Meta/Facebook campaigns: Awareness, Traffic, Conversions, and Retargeting. Continuously test multiple campaigns, audiences, and creatives to identify what works and cut what doesn’t. Provide strong ad copywriting and graphics/creative support (can design simple static ads or work with provided assets). Build and monitor campaign structures for efficiency and scalability. Analyze performance data, optimize toward CAC/ROAS goals, and provide clear reporting. Suggest new angles, hooks, and creative ideas to improve results. Requirements: Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads with measurable results. Strong understanding of the ad funnel (awareness → traffic → conversions → retargeting). Ability to create ad copy and simple graphics for testing. Experience across different industries is an asset. Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work in EST time zone or provide overlap. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with multi-channel strategies (Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Knowledge of Looker Studio or other dashboard tools.
