***Must be available for 5 hours daily Monday to Friday during 9-5pm Pacific Standard Time.*** What You'll Do: Provide customer success support for our business loan marketplace. You'll be the primary point of contact for brokers and lenders using our platform, ensuring deals move smoothly through the process and everyone gets timely responses. Day-to-Day: Monitor our marketplace for new deal submissions and coordinate between brokers and lenders Input data accurately into various lender portals Respond immediately to customer questions about deal status and next steps Proactively follow up on pending deals to keep things moving Update CRM with deal progress and customer interactions Escalate complex issues or blockers to manager with context What You Need: 2+ years customer success, customer support, or account coordination experience Strong written communication in English language - you'll often be the first response to our clients Comfortable learning new software quickly (we use custom marketplace platform + HubSpot) Can work independently and prioritize what needs attention Consistent availability 12pm-5pm PST, Monday-Friday Bonus Points: Fintech, lending, or financial services background B2B marketplace or platform experience Experience managing customer relationships between multiple parties
