About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to help manage and enforce our company spending policy using an expense management tool. This role ensures compliance with expense rules, accurate categorization, and clear reporting. Key Responsibilities: Flag overages, ensure receipts are uploaded. Review and categorize expenses; correct errors and train the tool to auto-categorize. Ensure receipts are uploaded for all purchases; flag and verify expenses not shipped to company offices. Track and follow up on unusual or over-budget expenses; apply approval workflows. Export data and build reports/pivot tables by department. Provide updates and align on categorization. Requirements: Strong attention to detail and policy enforcement. Experience with expense management or accounting tools (e.g., Ramp, Expensify, Concur, QBO etc.). Ability to organize and categorize data effectively. Clear communication skills for follow-ups and reporting. Must be comfortable working via remote desktop access only. I need someone ASAP
