Our Executive Coach is responsible for developing and maintaining close relationships with our clients to help them expand on their status as market leaders. They are skilled at assisting clients in identifying limiting beliefs, as well as their goals, and help lead them in developing strategies to meet and exceed those goals, and crush those roadblocks. As a member of our Coaching team, you will leverage a combination of consulting insights from both personal experience and Toyin’s experience to provide masterful coaching that empowers clients to achieve results. What you’ll do: - Leading strategic, results-oriented and perspective shifting conversations with clients regularly. - Providing insights, coaching, and holding them accountable to what they say they want to achieve. - Documenting coaching calls and providing summaries to clients including action items, resources and next steps. - Diving into their limiting beliefs and patterns to identify blindspots and barriers to growth. - Preparing and leading mindset and strategic thinking trainings for clients across several programs, including but not limited to Self Mastery Academy, Money Mindset SHIFT., and Millionaire Mastermind. You will be their Mr. Miyagi…wax on…wax off. - Ensuring clients participate fully in all aspects of our programs they have invested in and making sure they are getting ALL the bangs for ALL the bucks. What we’re looking for: - 3-5+ years of business leadership or strategy experience across operations, HR, finance, people management, and sales functions with businesses ranging between brand new to $1M in annual revenue. - 3+ years of paid coaching experience, with a proven track record of pulling people out of mediocrity and introducing them to a bigger, better vision for their life. - 3+ years of experience leading in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. - A thoughtful, heart-centred and committed individual who values integrity and relationships above transactions (you play the long game). - The understanding of drivers of growth in an organization and the ability to ascertain the barriers in the way of achieving 2X - 5X growth. - Ability to navigate tech in a remote role (from Dropbox to Zoom to GSuite and all things in between) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - An infectious can-do attitude, high energy, and an ability to pivot and change course on a dime Why you should work here: You will work with our Operations Director and CEO, and partner with the larger team in helping business owners and career professionals end self sabotage and create a lasting legacy, by unlocking the power of their minds, in order to create personal and financial freedom. - You will experience working for a company that is truly leading the industry and constantly innovating.
