About

Hello! Thank you for checking out this job posting. I'm an executive leadership coach, 3x author, and 2x podcast host about to launch another business in 2026. I'm looking for someone to take on some of the admin and ops tasks at work and home. I have a small distributed team now who are amazing - this role would be based in a US time zone to help with things same day. Tasks and projects would include: inbox management, email correspondence, calendar management, lead tracking, client hour tracking, agreement prep, follow-ups, content brainstorm ideas, optimize workflows, vendor searches, light research, appointments, personal shopping, travel bookings. Plus, the super random things that come up. Example: my nephew is getting into chess, he invited me to play on chess.com, and is royally kicking my butt; while he's a grown man (I'm not losing to a child), this is not okay. I will get good and crush him no later than Q4 2026. I need someone to find me a short list of chess coaches. I don't need to be Bobby Fischer, I just need to beat my nephew. I'm looking for an EA who: - Is proactive and "on it." Example: a podcast guest booked two interview spots one for this week and one for next week. Ideally, the EA would catch that, reach out to her to confirm which date she wants, and clear the other invite off the calendar. - Can take point on the the messy, slightly scary, but eventually necessary tasks like a champion. Example: I'll likely want to move my email newsletter from Podia to another tool in the future. Someone who can make this process smooth like butter would be amazing. - Doesn't mind flexing between different types of tasks. Example: Fiddle with the new Calendly setting that's not working, create a TT account for our private equity podcast, order a new pair of tennis shoes (I buy the same kind over and over), help me think about + do some research on outreach and marketing, find a couple of three monitor stands on amzn, finally setup a website on the domain I bought years ago. - Is professional, takes their work seriously, reliably just gets *stuff* done; and also doesn't take themselves too seriously and can go with the flow when needed. - Can help me, help you, help me. What else can/should I be using an EA for? How to best utilize your skill set? - I can trust. Trust is a two-way street and is built over time, but anyone in this role will be heavily involved in many aspects of my life, so feeling comfortable and simpatico w/ anyone coming onboard is vital. If this sounds like it's in your wheelhouse, I'd love to hear from you! Best, Emily
