Bookkeeping & Administrative Support for Christian Charity (QuickBooks Online) Description: Hi there! We’re a small but growing Christian charity in Canada seeking a reliable, detail-oriented person to help us stay organized and on top of our books. About the role: You’ll be supporting me (the Treasurer) with bookkeeping and light administrative work — helping keep things current, accurate, and compliant. You’ll also be a key partner in ensuring our finances tell a clear story of stewardship and mission impact. Key Responsibilities: * Manage bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online * Record donations, issue receipts, and reconcile bank statements * Assist with CRA reporting and year-end preparation * Keep electronic files and records organized * Support simple administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and communication follow-up What we’re looking for: * Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Canadian bookkeeping * Familiarity with charity or non-profit accounting (nice to have) * Strong attention to detail and follow-through * Good written and spoken English * Integrity, reliability, and a heart for service This position is ideal for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes administrative work and wants to contribute to a cause that matters.
