  • SOCi, the CoMarketing Cloud for Multi-Location Enterprises, is currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple C-Suite executives. The successful candidate will be managing calendars, managing email inboxes, coordinating meetings and travel, and acting as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, all while maintaining professionalism and discretion. They act as a gatekeeper, managing communications, and ensuring the executive’s time is focused on key priorities.
  • SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $62,000 to $114,000 CAD. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Manage complex Executive calendars, anticipating needs, resolving conflicts, and prioritizing engagements that best support organizational goals.
  • Manage Executive email inboxes by drafting responses, prioritizing communications, and flagging critical items to ensure timely and effective follow-up.
  • Oversee logistics for domestic and international travel, events, and offsites, ensuring smooth execution of agendas, itineraries, and budgets.
  • Conduct research and prepare analytical reports, board decks, and briefing materials that inform executive decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, representing the executive office with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings including executive reviews, forecast calls, and board meetings, ensuring agendas, materials, and follow-up items are managed seamlessly.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit executive-level communications with precision and clarity.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new leaders and maintain organizational charts, distribution lists, and other key documentation.
  • Track and follow up on strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion of action items and alignment with executive priorities.
  • What You’ll Need to be Successful
  • Hybrid Opportunity: This role is fully remote until our Vancouver, BC and Toronto, ON offices are established. Once the office is in place, it will transition to a hybrid model, with a 50/50 split between remote and in-office work.

Must Have

  • 7+ years of experience providing direct support to multiple senior executives, ideally in high-growth technology or software companies.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs while solving problems independently.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities, with demonstrated experience preparing executive-ready reports and presentations.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
