• The office is in the Park Extension neighborhood, close to the Jarry metro station.
• The schedule is Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
• The salary is between $60K and $75K.
• This is a hybrid position: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
• You will receive 3 weeks of vacation.
• Group insurance is provided.
• You will have 10 personal days.
• The office closes for the end-of-year holidays.
• Free on-site parking is available.

Responsibilities
• Executive Support: Manage the director's agenda, draft correspondence, and ensure priorities are followed up on.
• Operational Coordination: Organize meetings, manage documents, and ensure action items are properly tracked.
• Finance and Communications: Assist with budget monitoring, invoice processing, and preparing financial reports.

Qualifications
• 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Mastery of IT tools, including the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
• Autonomy and discretion in carrying out tasks.
